The professional biography of Dan Mesec aka known as Daniel Mesec – Dan has clearly taken the path of paid activism, even before he became a photo-journalist, it could explain why he did not get the full journalism degree.

Dan Mesec meets the terrorists
The peak of Dan Mesec’s career can be summed up with his meeting the terrorists who were involved with the massive destruction caused to Coastal Gaslink, that will further burden taxpayers due to it rightfully being written off as expenses when CGL does their taxes.
Dan Mesec comes from Brampton, Ontario, his education as per what he claims is -Loyalist College, Belleville, Ontario Obtained 2yr diploma in Photojournalism spring 2007 Obtained 1yr certificate for online publishing/editing winter 2008. Editors Note: Dan Mesec does not have a degree in journalism that takes 4 years, but rather a degree in Photojournalism a two-year course in storytelling while photos as the means.
After graduation in 2008, he was the Photographer/Webmaster in 2008 for The Slovenia Times in Ljubljana, Slovenia
March 2009–Dec 2010 He worked as a sports reporter for Interior News Smithers his first and only real job as a journalist without a full degree.
In 2011 Dan worked a short stint in Whistler BC as a reporter
Jan 2012–Dec 2012 He returned to Smithers to work as a sport reporter for Interior News. So Dan worked a real job for about 11 months, then quit or was terminated.
In 2013 – Aug 2013 Dan worked at Vista Radio in Smithers as a reporter. To be fair Vista Radio is not a real job, it’s a government funded community radio project and his wages were paid for by taxpayers via the Local Journalism Initiative (LJI) and the Canadian Journalism Labour Tax Credit.
In 2018 Dan Mesec started writing eco rants for the website called The Discourse but only for a few articles.
In 2019 Dan Mesec was the president of the NDP’s Skeena – Bulkley Valley constituency association, that oversaw Taylor Bachrach replacing Nathan Cullen as the NDP candidate for Skeena – Bulkley Valley.
2024 – Shortly after Dan Mesec wrote the Tanker ban story he appeared in a live stream for SkeenaWild being well advertised livestream had only 12 viewers (hardcore members) Looks like people are seeing the truth, the ongoing Cullen lie is falling apart.
