Real Estate Foundation of British Columbia

| The Golden Rule is that whoever holds the wealth or financial power dictates how things are done. So follow the money to find out who is deciding the agenda. There are two primary factors involved, who are they getting funding from and who they are funding. |
In a tutshell, when you buy property in British Columbia, a real estate brokerage may hold the buyer’s deposit in a pooled trust account until the sale closes. The interest generated by these deposits is remitted to the Foundation under provincial legislation, after applicable account-related fees. This is the Foundation’s main source of revenue in most years. In reality all of those funds were yours, not theirs. That translates into $104.33 million in cash they (legally) stole from buyers in British Columbia. And use it to fund radical anarchists and radical environmentalists focused on destroying our province.
Real Estate Foundation of British Columbia then funded the following radical groups.
| Skeenawild Conservation Trust | Watershed Watch Salmon Society | Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society |
| Central Coast Indigenous Resource Alliance Society | Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association | Great Bear Initiative – Coastal First Nations |
| Skeena Watershed Conservation Coalition | Gitksan Watershed Authority | Joy Woven Paths Society |
| Old Massett Village Council | Nechako Watershed Roundtable | First Nations Fisheries Council |
| Fair Mining Collaborative | Raincoast Conservation Foundation | Union of BC Indian Chiefs |
| BC Society for Policy Solutions | Neighbours United for Nature Society | Gitxaała Nation |
| Witset First Nation | Stellat’en First Nation |

Watershed Security Fund — B.C. transferred $100 million to the Real Estate Foundation of B.C. and FNFC in 2022–23 as a permanent endowment. The investment was expected to generate approximately $5–7 million annually for watershed work.

This is yet another attempt to make it look like there are more organizations to lend credibility to their cause.
Fair Mining Collaborative is an organization created by the Real Estate Foundation of BC. The Real Estate Foundation of BC is yet another environmentalist organization that says this about themselves. “The Real Estate Foundation of BC is a philanthropic organization working to support land use and real estate practices that contribute to thriving, resilient communities and natural environments. We do this by funding projects, connecting people, and sharing knowledge.”
