The Socialist Imperative

They can be found in the mandates of the World Economic Forum, also known by what the created “Great Reset” with its goal to destroy free enterprise and replace it with a lie version that by every definition is communism. Its part of both the Federal Liberal Government and the BC NDP Goverment agenda. It has everything to do with Carney’s wish to make Canada part of the “great Reset, or also known as the “Green Reset” to make it appear as if its about saving nature and our planet when their real goal is communist control.
Our pages will use the term “Infiltrated” as the link to this page, in order for readers to understand the importance of that link in regards to researching the organizations we have listed. Many of these organizations were genuinely created for the benefit of our modern day society, then fell prey to a targeted infiltration by socialists hiding under the umbrella of either First Nations and or UNDRP and DRIPA, and or the term Environmentalist, something they most certainly use as a ways and means to kill industrial growth. NOT all organizations will show a visible connection to their infiltration, in most cases they hide it intentionally.
Socialism is on the upswing right now, and whenever radicalism has been on the rise over the past century, that has also meant that something else has gone on the rise: state repression, often at the hands of the Federal Liberal Goverment.
Let me start by saying that the extreme left has had a free run at this for several decades now, no opposition, no monitoring, and anyone who tried was labeled as being anti-democratic so much so they even garnered the right to hide who funds them. We highlight a few of the key players but it goes far beyond this, the BC NDP Goverment has been working in collaboration with both Dogwood BC and Sierra Club BC, as a very large number of NDP MLA’s belong to one or the other, or both organizations. Its why they are so heavily funded by the BC NDP Goverment.
Many of these organizations were silently invaded with the very intent of a political strategy, where members of one group join a larger organization to expand their influence.
Over the decades they evolved, they created organizations, brainwashed as many people as they could, then encouraged them to take over control of many very good organizations created by decent people. In the last 2 decades we have seen over 2 Billion Dollars funneled into taking control on how British Columbia thinks, behaves and votes. At the forefront were NGO’s like the David Suzuki Foundation were funded in massive grants by the Rockefeller Foundation, and the two organizations that received the most American funding were Dogwood BC and Sierra Club BC,
The latter two, Dogwood BC and Sierra Club BC, have the most socialist infiltration, usually refereed to entryism in all on British Columbia. So lets start with Dogwood BC . I highly recomend you watch the following video as Dogwood BC has become the primary vehicle being used to control elections in British Columbia. Both Nathan Cullen and Taylor Bachrach have direct connection to both of these organizations. In the case of Taylor Bachrach they did a phone campaign for him from Victoria to help him get elected in Smithers.
Dogwood BC aims to take over control of all aspects of British Columbia from voters in Municipal, Provincial and Federal campaigns. Look at the screenshots below.
“For years they answered it without being asked. The 2017 report thanked sixteen funders by name: Mountain Equipment Co-op, Vancity, Patagonia, the Wilburforce Foundation, the Bullitt Foundation, Brainerd, Moore, West Wind, Winky, Timken Sturgis, Climate Solutions, the Salal Foundation, a Canada Summer Jobs grant, and, written exactly this way, “Tides Foundation USA.” Not Tides. Tides Foundation USA. In the same year they were building a national story about American money in BC politics, they listed American money among their own supporters and labelled it clearly.
The 2019 report named fourteen, including Tides Foundation USA again, the Oak Foundation, Wilburforce, Bullitt, Brainerd and the rest. The 2020 report named eleven institutions and went further, thanking eighteen individual major donors by name. It also disclosed public money: Canada Summer Jobs grants, a $350,132 pandemic wage subsidy, and a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council partnership grant with University of Victoria researchers.
Sierra Club BC
Political Interference
- Direct lobbying of the B.C. government: Sierra Club of BC Foundation has 291 lobbying activity reports in the B.C. Lobbyists Registry. Its filings show lobbying ministers, MLAs, political staff and senior government officials on climate, forestry, environmental regulation and related policies.
- For example, on March 7, 2025, Sierra Club BC lobbied Minister of State Brittny Anderson and Parliamentary Secretary George Anderson specifically to strengthen B.C. climate policies and reduce greenhouse-gas emissions. The stated lobbying objectives included influencing legislation, regulations, programs and government policies.
- On February 25, 2026, it lobbied Forests Minister Ravi Parmar concerning forest conservation, forestry management and forestry-related emissions, with the registry explicitly listing possible changes to legislation, regulations and government programs/policies.
- Sierra Club BC has also participated in coalition lobbying. A 2025 registry filing for Ecojustice identifies Sierra Club BC, West Coast Environmental Law and Organizing for Change/Tides Canada as organizations working together on lobbying.
Election-related activity is more interesting
Sierra Club BC has gone beyond conventional lobbying and openly engaged in electoral/political advocacy.
After the 2024 B.C. election, Sierra Club BC said that 53% of voters had voted NDP or Green and argued that this gave those parties a mandate to pursue particular environmental policies.
It has also explicitly worked to influence political-party members. Its 2025 year-end report says:
“Our staff helped get a Biodiversity and Ecosystem Health law resolution passed at the recent BC NDP convention.”
The organization said this was intended to send a message to Premier Eby and the NDP base that biodiversity protection was a priority.
That is a particularly useful example if you’re investigating political influence rather than ordinary environmental lobbying.
There is also a documented personnel/political connection
Sierra Club BC’s former executive director George Heyman subsequently became an NDP MLA and B.C. Environment Minister. Contemporary reporting identifies him as Sierra Club BC executive director from 2009–2012 before his election to the legislature.
And there is a very current example: former Sierra Club BC campaigns director Shelley Luce became the Green Party candidate in the 2026 North Vancouver–Capilano federal by-election.
Those facts don’t establish improper conduct, but they are relevant to mapping the organization’s personnel and political networks.
Earlier election controversy
There is also a documented 2013 dispute involving B.C.’s third-party election advertising rules. Sierra Club BC’s executive director then, Clive Weighill?—actually the cited source identifies Cox—said the restrictions were severely limiting the organization’s ability to communicate environmental issues during an election. The organization had removed its “Take Action” section and was concerned that issue communications could be interpreted as election advertising.

If you’re looking for specific cases where Sierra Club BC was accused of crossing the line into political interference, I can dig much deeper into Elections BC records, third-party election advertising filings, campaign spending, political donations, Sierra Club BC’s 2009/2013/2017/2020/2024 election activities, and its relationships with the NDP, Greens, Dogwood, Stand.earth, Tides/MakeWay and West Coast Environmental Law. That would give us a chronological “Sierra Club BC political influence/interference” file rather than just its ordinary lobbying record.
