Skeena Watershed Conservation Coalition (Scam bots in action)

Interesting release by American funded anti-pipeline activists. Then look at the name Kari Vierimaa as the media contact. So who is Kari Vierimaa? Well none other than the extremely biased CBC that is pretty well known as the media outlet for the Liberal/NDP coalition. The bottom line is locals are not buying their bullshit (pardon the explicit) so they need to try convince people who are clueless about what locals want in our community. Again funded by Americans who do not want Canada to become a successful nation and want to contain our resources. The key figure in their story is John Ridsdale (Chief Namoks) Wet’suwet’en Chief Na’Mox – John Ridsdale to plead guilty on 4 criminal charges the full story they are peddling is a complete sham, its pure propaganda minced full of lies. Did John Ridsdale outwit the judge?
I do have a question, does anyone know if or not John Ridsdale actually served the sentence he was given, or was that quietly swept under the rug?

Chief Na’Mox also known as John Ridsdale was often referred to as the head of the gang of five male hereditary chiefs and the man behind the stripping of hereditary title of 3 female hereditary chiefs for their support of the CGL gas line, will now be pleading guilty to 4 criminal charges against him. The Ridsdale solution to Wet’suwet’en support for the pipeline is to have those chiefs stripped of thier title and replaced by people he can control. That is not leadership, that is a dictatorship.

But it does not end there, the problem is that his staus as head of the beaver clan is in serious disrepute. There is no binding legal system that would strip ot prove he is the legitimate head of the beaver clan. Our research shows he entitled himself to that position. We believe the real head chief is Victor Jim, read the following before these eco-nuts tell you otherwise.

The Tale of Two Tsayu, Beaver Clan Chiefs

Based on the Delgamuukw Supreme Court transcript, the legitimate head chief of the Beaver clan is Victor Jim not John Ridsdale, and there is no legitimate record of John Ridsdale ever being named the official hereditary chief of the Beaver Clan, but the Delgamuukw Supreme Court transcript clear shows that it belongs to Victor Jim. The problem with this is he is not a pipeline protester so the ECO bucks back the fake chief. He is a fraud and a fake.

The Wet’suwet’en Tsayu, Beaver Clan, held a headstone feast Aug. 20, 2016 where Victor Jim raised the name Wigitimustol. The hereditary chief name was last held by Daniel Michell.

More than 100 people attended the feast in Moricetown, which began with the tug-of-war between the family and the community.

Pulling the headstone to the cemetery a year after the death of a loved one, the ritual allows the community to help the family release its grief and to free the soul of the one who has moved on.

During the feast that follows, the new hereditary chief oversees payment for the headstone and then raises up the name.

“This is a tradition in our culture since time immemorial,” said Jim.

Wigitimustol means Big Beaver Man.

Jim was supported at the feast by members of his family and clans of the Wet’sewet’en nation. Visitors included people from New Aiyansh in the Nisga’a territory.

It should be noted SWCC’s Stoeppler is not an aboriginal chief, he was a former Hagwilget Village Councillor and is Co-Executive Director of the Skeena Watershed Conservation Coalition, paid position. We cannot confirm this but we heard that he gets paid between 60 to 80 Thousand a year.

Skeena Watershed Conservation Coalition Co-executive Director, Gwii Lok’im Gibuu (Jesse Stoeppler), and Wet’suwet’en Hereditary Chief Na’Moks flew to Gatineau, QC yesterday to attend Prime Minister Carney’s Summit today on Bill C-5… a Summit they weren’t invited to!
This Summit was excluding key hereditary leadership and title holders–undermining reconciliation, FPIC (free, prior, and informed consent), and genuine Nation-to-Nation relationships.

Chief Na’moks released a full statement in response,
“I acknowledge my inclusion in the Prime Minister’s Indigenous Summit now underway in Gatineau. While this invitation comes late, it is a necessary and overdue step toward recognizing the rightful place of hereditary leadership in national discussions that directly impact our lands, our rights, and our future.

The Wet’suwet’en Hereditary Chiefs have always governed according to our laws and traditions. We hold recognized Aboriginal title and rights, and we speak for the Yintah. Our exclusion from the initial planning and participation in this summit was a serious breach of the principles of Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC), and a continuation of colonial patterns that must end.

My presence here is not symbolic—it is substantive.

I am here to ensure that the voices of our people are heard, that our governance is respected, and that decisions are not made without us. Reconciliation cannot be achieved through convenience or optics. It must be built on truth, respect, and full inclusion.

I look forward to engaging in good faith and holding the federal government accountable to its commitments under UNDRIP and to all Indigenous Nations across these lands.”

For context, Bill C-5 allows government to quickly grant federal approvals for big projects deemed to be in the national interest such as mines, ports, and pipelines by sidestepping existing laws.
