First Nations Women Advocating Responsible Mining
First Nations Women Advocating Responsible Mining run primarily by Jacinda Mack who is from the Secwepemc band. The bottom line is that this group is a loose knit group, directly under the leadership of the Fair Mining Collaborative (FMC) who in turn runs directly under Indigenous Environmental Network – Headquarters location: Bemidji, Minnesota, United States.
The Fair Mining Collaborative (FMC) runs out of James Bay, Victoria BC and brings in on average of 150 Thousand Dollars as declared in this category. (Total other gifts received for which a tax receipt was not issued by the charity (excluding amounts at lines 4575 and 4630) ($)
So once again the eco money laundering holds true here, it
Once again they are linked to us via the Friends of Wild Salmon
This is another one of these invented groups to carry out function on behalf of another group. They do not exist on paper but operate as if the were legitimate. Having one and remotely possible two members of the Secwepemc and Nuxalk indigenous peoples that are actually active members of this group out of a band with a combined population of over 8500 members, it is not only unlikely that they represent their people, in ever likelihood the Secwepemc and Nuxalk indigenous peoples are being used to front this group, even without consent.
First of all, FNWARM was created as an association after a pre-Christmas meeting in Vancouver in 2009, why would you drive 250 miles away from home to start an organization?
They go on to say “Our association represents women from a number of First Nations mostly in central and northern BC. ” so really this amounts to a loose group of aboriginal women who do not even want to identify themselves. Why? If you are registered, where is the registration? The association does not exist as a charitable organization. So in short there is no such organization, even if they have a web page and a group of radicals they say are running it.
