There are no names attached, no board members, nobody at all listed in the registration. So it could be a society able to collect donations (even directly from the Tides foundation) with nobody held accountable for what happens to those funds.

The systematic money laundering that allows organizations like  Skeenawild Conservation Trust and  The American Tides Foundation, aka the MakeWay Foundation to funnels funds to  Northern Headwaters a propaganda website that belongs to Dan Mesec
