Northern Headwaters – a Dan Mesec Project

Northern Headwaters is headquartered in home in Smithers, and by coincidence is the same house Dan Mesec lives in. (see the evidence) Dan Mesec used to work as a Local Journalism Initiative (LJI) meaning government funded reporter. ( “The Government of Canada grant covers up to 100% of the salary, capped at $60,000 per annum for a full-time position”) Dan Mesec now works for Skeenawild Conservation Trust (see the evidence). It’s amazing how they were able to get taxpayer funding for Dan as was Dan Mesec does not have a degree in journalism that takes 4 years, but rather a degree in Photojournalism a two-year course in storytelling while photos as the means.

Dan does have experience even without a degree in journalism, but it very hard to find anyone who will hire him as a journalist, and even less likely get hired as a photojournalism, so becoming a professional obstuctionist seems to be his logic choice for income.In 2013 Dan began work at SkeenaWild Conservation Trust as the Communication Coordinator so it looks like he returned to that position. In 2007 Dan Mesec was part of Dogwood BC when they evolved from Anti Forestry to Anti Tanker

Dan Mesec has quite a history since he moved to Smithers as you can see here. He even met with the terrorists who destroyed millions of dollars of equipment on the Morice Logging Road (see the evidence here) In fact even to meet with them he needed the permission of Molly Wickham.

Here is where it should seriously concern the public, when American Tides Funding is money laundered through Skeenawild Conservation Trust (see evidence here) (and here ) just on Facebook alone Dan Mesic’s “Northern Headwaters” is spending $2830 per week, add to that they are on X formerly known as Twitter, they are on Instagram. Pushing their funded narrative to kill jobs and all industry in the north. The website boasts they raised Ten Thousand Dollars, its not against the law to hide where that money came from , that law needs to change. (see evidence)
