he Declaration Act Engagement Fund (DAEF) provides multi-year (4 year) non-repayable funding slush fund to BC Indian to buy votes for the BC NDP Goverment

To legitimize the funding the BC NDP  claim its to support their capacity to engage with the BC NDP Goverment  on the implementation of the Declaration Act Action Plan. 

The Declaration Act Engagement Fund (DAEF) is in reality funding for the Indians in British Columbia to sue British Columbia for both veto power over the citizens of our province, massive cash advances, and ownership of our province, all at the expense of taxpayers. Paying BC Indians to sue us is the most stupid concept (but clever) that both the BC NDP Goverment  and the Federal Liberal Goverment  have ever engineered.
