In fact this Kispiox Collaborative want to pretend this nation opposed this pipeline, a very deceitful practice by both Kai Nagata and his Dogwood BC in conjunction with the Skeena Watershed Conservation Coalition all part of the Kispiox Collaborative including the Kispiox Valley Community Association and Kolin Sutherland-Wilson’s Lax’yip Firekeepers
Forgive us for being blunt, the The Kispiox Collaborative is pissing all over the Gitxsan Nation in its bid to do what benifits the Americans using American Influence Dollars. This not about standing up for aboriginals, this is the worst kind of abuse by small mined individuals. This is not new, the Wet’suwet’en Nation saw the same thing happen there, all the so-called standing up for First Nations was really and only about protecting the shit disturbers and violent agitators trying to block the CGL Pipeline.
What the public perceives and rumours abound circulating in our communities is not evidence or grounds to convict, if it was many of the members of the The Kispiox Collaborative could be facing serious convictions. What is a fact is they do NOT have local community support, it’s quite the opposite, its creating great divisions and It’s destroying our communities.
We provide the following videos that prove how environmentalists are turning their backs on the Gitxsan Nation and putting this fake support for aboriginals right in the pockets of the shit disturbers.
The worst of the worst display their hate toward the RCMP by using tattoos and social media as shown below. Yet these same people are the first to complain if police do not jump to their aid when they demand it.
Terrorism is alive and well in the Bulkley Valley, and it does not require rocket science to figure out who is behind it.
27-10-2022 – Fire in Smithers at Sunshine Inn a ‘targeted attack’ on RCMP. The vehicles that were burned were three RCMP trucks and an ambulance along with four other vehicles close by that were burned (but not targeted).

Four vehicles were severely damaged as well as buildings nearby in an arson attack in Terrace BC.
The vehicles attacked belong to McElhanney a company with a large portfolio providing surveying, engineering, GIS & remote sensing, landscape architecture, environmental services across western Canada. Near Terrace, McElhanney is working on the controversial PRGT pipeline, which has seen resistance via occupations and blockades. Further south the company has used GIS data to help plan work for the controversial TMX pipeline.

Smithers RCMP investigate suspicious vehicle fires
August 10, 2025 – Smithers, British Columbia From: Smithers RCMP

On August 10, 2025, just after 4:00 AM, the Smithers RCMP responded to reports of two vehicles on fire that were parked at a McElhanney Consulting Services located at 4th Avenue and Queen Street.
Smithers Fire Rescue responded quickly and worked to contain the fire. The cause of the fire is being treated as suspicious, and the investigation remains active.

Arson suspected after Gitxsan Development Corp vehicles set on fire
August 19, 2025 – New Hazelton, British Columbia

On Monday, August 18, 2025, New Hazelton RCMP are notified that four Gitxsan Development Corp vehicles had been burned. It was discovered and reported to the police after employees arrived at work.
Video footage shows one person appearing to place an unknown object on the tires of four vehicles parked together in the Gitxsan Development Corp parking lot. The object immediately ignited, and the vehicles started on fire. Six other Gitxsan Development Corp vehicles, as well as several personal vehicles, were in the same parking lot and were not damaged.
Gitxsan Development Corp works with the McElhaney Geomatics Engineering company which has recently had vehicles set on fire in Terrace and Smithers. Those investigations remain active.
