Bulkley Valley Stewardship Coalition

Last page edit: September 2, 2026

The Golden Rule is that whoever holds the wealth or financial power dictates how things are done. So follow the money to find out who is deciding the agenda.  There are two primary factors involved, who are they getting funding from and who they are funding.

Where is the funding coming from? .Have a look below, we expose this corruption, this is all part of money laundering or shuffling between American funders and local organizations.

BC NDP Goverment  – B.C. Ministry of Environment Skeenawild Conservation Trust Bulkley Valley Community Resources Board (BVCRB) *
Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation Biofuelwatch The American Tides Foundation

We included this one but have to admit based on what I can find, its actually just one person with a committed itch to scratch online. There is no such thing as Bulkley Valley Stewardship Coalition listed as a charitable (or commercial) organization in Canada.

There is a person by the name of Jay Gilden who is the only official contact for Bulkley Valley Stewardship Coalition who partnered with Steve Osborn who also runs a website called Valley Vision (dead project now), and it comes back to Bulkley Valley Stewardship Coalition. It appears to be a coalition of two people Jay Gilden and Steve Osborn. Also on board now is Len Vanderstar

Now here is where it gets interesting, and the connections go back to the Tides Foundation as the name Steve Osborn connects to the Bulkley Valley Research Centre  and the Driftwood Foundation and the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation  like incest it all starts fitting together.
