The difference between an true environmentalist and Eco-radicalis one actually cares more about the environment and less about shutting down our nation, the other makes it a career to avoid having to work for a living. Damien Gillis is an Eco-Radical.
Damien Gillis is self discribed as a Vancouver-based documentary filmmaker and environmental journalist or more honestly speaking a career grifter, an eco-radical.
Damien Gillis is looking for the easy way to let others pay his bills for him. Gillis has been an environmental activist since age 11, when he gathered signatures for the petition to protect the Carmanah Valley on Vancouver Island. He’s based in Campbell River, B.C., Damien Gillis is a professional anti-salmon farming, anti-old-growth anti-logging, and anti-resource industry. He is an activist for these causes. He’s also listed as a member of the Climate Disaster Project team, focused on sharing and investigating stories of climate disaster survivors. (because it fits the Eco-radical agenda. he also authored “Whose Economy? Damien Gillis on Choosing Port Expansion Over Food Security” but never admits without our economy there is no food or work or housing. its easy to pretend money grows on trees, he knows better but he deceitful makes his “wallet” supporters thing that no matter what, the river of money keeps flowing in.
Giving credit where credit is due, he is an excellent bullshitter, and is good at making films to back up his bullshit.
He’s also a public speaker who addresses town halls and forums on issues like fracking and LNG pipelines — for example, at SFU Harbour Centre and Kelowna’s “People’s Forum” a professional grifter needs to sell his wares, sucking people in by way of fear, and getting them to open their wallets for him. Note these grifters always use tax payer funded Universities to brainwash our youth.
