DEFUND – The University of Victoria
It is time to address the elephant in the room, when and where do university faculty or students get the right to dictate the terms, rules and laws of British Columbia? Stop funding this out of control institution. Why should tax payers pay for an institution that is the breeding grounds of anarchy? When did they get the right to demand anything? They are there to get an education, protests should be banned as should all anarchist activities. Building tiny homes to obstruct legal and approved projects is not democracy, its obstruction and has no place on a publicly funded institution.
Time to DEFUND – The University of Victoria, taxpayers should never be footing the bill for people extorting the public by way of demonstrations and obstruction. In a democracy, you should pay your own bills when imposing your opinion on others, and not expect others to fund you to kick them in the teeth.

Taxpayers are funding this university ! Is this freedom of speech or manipulating the minds of students? Melia Belli Bose is an Associate Professor (Art History and Visual Studies) for the University of Victoria. This is the very definition of “hate speech” and we the taxpayers are funding them.
