Wet’suwet’en chief loses criminal contempt appeal in pipeline case – The untold story

At this point it becomes an issue of who is the most gullible, was it the government funded media? Was it the government appointed justices? Or was it the legal professionals we call lawyers?

As long as you can put facts in a container and not allow reality into the room, you are going to keep getting crazy court cases like this one.  How can a Gitxsan claim to be upholding Wet’suwet’en law?

Let me explain.

The most significant questions appear to be far to taboo in the name of “reconciliation” for any of the three groups above, to consider asking about or talking about. Let’s begin with Wet’suwet’en law, not Adam’s argument but a much more well known law.

 

That law is called matrilineal law, by Wet’suwet’en law, every child belongs to the clan of her or his mother. Period. No exception, no extenuating circumstance, this is a core fundamental law in the Wet’suwet’en culture. It’s not a secret, it’s a well known and talked about law.

No Judge, no lawyer, no goverment funded media dares to ask Adam Gagnon who his mother is. Why? His mother determines what clan Adam was born into. Don’t take my word for it, we will post his lineage as recorded by those who testified at the Delgamuukw land claims evidence documents. Adam is a direct descendant of Nao Yee (grandmother) Adams mother was Annie Tommy a Gitxsan, along with Alphonse Gagnon, and Janie Tommy. More on this later in this article. It should also be noted that his father was from Quebec, a colonizer. 

Our next piece of evidence “Gary Naziel hereditary subchief speaks out”

 

One must ask was it negligence or motive that such an important issue appears to be taboo? Unless there is wilful intent to cover up the facts why did the crown not demand to have Gary Naziel testify in all cases where these men were involved?

“Titles and land are passed through the mother’s clan, anthropologist Antonia Mills said in a 2019 affidavit submitted in court proceedings related to the Coastal GasLink project. A person born to a Wet’suwet’en woman is considered Wet’suwet’en.”

Again I refer back to not only Wet’suwet’en law, but to Gitxsan law as well. Evidence below.

More Impossible – How could these professionals be so wilfully blind?

 

Let me quote from the Interior News article “Dsta’hyl, a Wet’suwet’en wing chief of the Sa Yikh House of the Likhts’amisyu (Fireweed) Clan was charged in 2021 of violating an injunction to prevent people from impeding work on the Coastal GasLink pipeline.“

We have already established, proven that Adam Gagnon is not a Wet’suwet’en, but this entire gong show gets even more bizarre, and again the officials remain wilfully blind. Using matrilineal law as our guide. Adam Gagnon has the same mother as does his brother Alphonse, so how is it possible that he can be in a different house group? Truth is it’s a blatant fabrication of lies, again the media to stupid to pick up on these publicly available facts.

Adam Gagnon claims to be the sub chief of his nephew who is also of the same matrilineal family as Alphonse, all matrilineal decedents of Annie Tommy. That would mean if they had been Wet’suwet’en they would all be members of the same house. The problem here is all three groups, government funded media, the legal profession, including judges have become part and parcel of a program to deceive the public. If not wilfully then by way of negilgence.

If I am wrong, why are they so afraid to ask the questions that would have made all the difference? It would have proven Adam Gagnon is no more than a fraud in a clowns uniform, a paid actor on a stage where the public have become the fools, that pick up the tab for these court cases.
