Nisg̱a’a Nation members’ lawsuit – Is just another Dogwood Initiative to block Pipelines

This is just another case of radical environmentalists unable to attack the Nisga’s Nation over the LNG Pipeline. These eco radicals are going to fund and manipulate disadvantaged First Nations members willing to sell out their own people, to accomplish an attack on First Nations entering the LNG Industry. They have no respect for aboriginals other than when it serves their anti-carbon narrative. Its even debatable if they even have an anti-carbon agenda or if it’s just an alternative to working for a living, due to the amount of cash involved for people like Kia Nagata. Take particular notice how Dogwood never reveals what its agitators are earning. Not to mention perks of flying all over the world, all paid for by  American Influence Dollars 

This is again where we need changes in the law so that these underhanded attempts by  American Influence Dollars need to be exposed, by requiring a front to back disclosure of all funds used to manipulate industry in our province. These two individuals did not hatch this plan so take their own people to the B.C. Supreme Court, this was the work of activists like Kia Nagata and his Dogwood BC that the American Tides Foundation  invested in so heavily.

Stephen Nyce and Cecil Mercer have miraculously come up with the funding to try to cripple the Prince Rupert Gas Transmission Project. Are an exhaustive search we found they are using Bojm, Funt & Gibbons LLP as their legal representation. Then we researched who does the litigation for Dogwood BC, as we also know that Stephen Nyce was the guest speaker of Dogwood BC. Next we found that West Coast Environmental Law uses Bojm, Funt & Gibbons LLP for cases such as these.

The follow the money rules points to Dogwood BC and  West Coast Environmental Laws their ways and means of using a “American Influence Dollars”  as a ways and means to block, obstruct or harass legitimate businesses in British Columbia, once again abusing willing First Nations members as a means to hide behind the proverbial skirts to not disclose this is an American initiative funded by American Influence Dollars.
